cm	Centimetre[s]
dec	Decrease [by working 2 stitches together]
g-st	Garter stitch [every row knit]
inc	Increase [by working twice into 1 stitch]

K	Knit
K2tog	Knit 2 stitches together to make 1 stitch
K2tog tbl	Knit 2 stitches together through back of loops
P	Purl
psso	Pass slipped stitch over
st[s]	stitches
st-st	Stocking stitch, stockingette stitch [K on the right side, P on the wrong side]
tog	together
B & T tightly	Break off yarn leaving a long end, thread it through sts left on knitting needle, pull up to gather tightly, then fasten off.
B & T loosely	Same as above, but thread yarn through sts loolsely and leave until later.
